

About Lisa

I am an experienced educational therapist and classroom teacher passionate about helping children develop into confident, independent learners. I offer individualized, one-on-one educational therapy, providing students with the tools necessary to reach their highest learning potential. I meet the needs of my students by supporting any areas of weakness while building upon their strengths. ​I love working with learners of various learning profiles including dyslexia, dysgraphia, dyscalculia, ADHD, and executive functioning support.

I received my Bachelors Degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and my Masters Degree in Education in Curriculum and Instruction from Loyola University of Chicago. My post-graduate work took place at UC Riverside where I earned my Educational Therapy Certificate. I am certified as an Orton Gillingham Structured Literacy Educator and a member of AET (Association of Educational Therapists).
